I purchased 2 23" Series 200 Spiral Balances. The spiral on the old ones are 1 1/2 " longer than the new ones. Everything else is the same. Can you help identify the part I need? Thank you

Holds a spiral balance in place in the window and is mounted at the bottom on both sides. I think it is handed.

Old house needs fix-up and I'd rather not do a total replacement. Are these fixable and if so, how?

I ordered the Keller Bottom sash clips (on order 1437083) 17-018 and -019. I also bought the S200 spiral balances to go with them. These parts are supposed to work together but the shoe on the balance doesn't engage with the clip. It's too big. I'm trying to shoe that in some photos here. ... (cont.)

Can you get the metal retainer for the Series 303 Keller window balances? You have everything else but those. It looks like they are discontinued on other sites. Are they available from anybody? Will your sash clip 17-005 replace mine.

I have a Keller window, do now know which model number but it had spiral balances at one time. The old spiral balances are gone so I have nothing to compare. How can I determine which balance to buy and what hardware, and what length?
