Hi I'm trying to identity the attached hardware for a sliding door

My Patio sliding door locks does not work. May be inside there is spring which broke. The lock size is 3” long. What is the item number I can order? I need sliding patio 3” size lock not working. I want a replacement It is 3.7” from top screw hole to bottom screw hole.

I have a mortise lock and striker for a PlyGem Glass Slider. When the lock goes into the striker the lock slips out of. Is it possible to replace the lock and that would take care of the problem?Please let me know and many thanks for your time. Al

the hook that comes out to lock the door was not staying latched. I tried fixing and when unscrewing the part with the hook it fell down inside of the door. I'm not sure if I need a completely new handle or just the part that is missing in the oval area? We had the door installed by Lowe's I bel ... (cont.)

Hello, my sister is renting a house. The previous tenants destroyed the sliding screen door. She has no ides of the brand. I asked her for photos and these are what she sent me. Can you shed some light on this? TIA!

My name is Lee, and I work in an apartment community where we have these keepers on our posting doors. I am having trouble finding them, and need to buy some. Many of my doors are missing them and I just need some help to be able to order some.

Mortise lock fell in door. When trying to replace. Lock we bought did not work from Lowe's. So now need new lock all of it..need asap as this is my dads house and selling but need this lock before inspection any help greatly appreciateJeff
