Don't know what happened to this part, must have been stuck to the broken channel guide. Can you help identify so I can order a replacement?

Hello, my windows use a 2740 S385-28. They are extremely difficult to close down--I have to hang on them! I am going to switch to the same PN but 2730 (sash weighs 19lbs exactly). Channel Balance for Caldwell Window. 19 4 HK Caldwell is stamped on the side of the balance. Plastic clips are also missing. Window measure 45 inches wide and 22.5 tall. Do you have replacement balances and clips? Is a screen made for this size window available?

Hello I need 20 of the above mentioned balances as well as 20 of the plastic pieces that attach to the window with the two screw fastener in the pictures. The manufacturing dates on the balances say 1997. Please help!

Hi, I am unable to find replacement for my broken top sash guide. My local window companies told me that it was made by the company called Superior but it was no longer opened in California. Sir; Last month I ordered a pair of 33" Series 351 Channel Balances. They worked great thanks! When I replaced the balances, I noticed that this plastic clip that attaches to the window frame was broken. It is 1-3/16" long and 1/2" wide. Do you carry these? Thanks alot. Dennis
