in search of a left and right 1/2" viking window channel balance. The number is 26 DS 36. The metal portion is 26" long. Thanks for the help!

The metal portion is 26 inches. It seems that one end of the cord is loose at the top and must be inserted into the window frame where the hole is, and then manually pulled down and secured at the top by the pullout clip? Then the window is replaced over the balances? Thank you. Bob ... (cont.)

Last week, I ordered and received your part #18-008, a 5/8" top sash guide. Turns out to be the incorrect part. Can you please help with the correct part, using the two attached photos? Thank you.

Stamped 32 9 LQ CALDWELL MEASURES 33". The top clip on the window sill snapped off( I took a picture of the intact one). So I need one of those too. I think these are milgard windows. I weighed the window at 36 lbs.

Hi, Please help me by telling me what I need to purchase/replace so that windows can be opened. Past homeowner left window channel balances off the windows so they could be closed. I looked at them. Window is sloppy in frame. Window is having a problem engaging both channel balances. Could these sash guides be worn out? Using a S - 385-33 3260 will need 4 guides and 4 channel Balance

The original channel balance is stamped 27 4 FW CMC 10 (IMG_3474, 75, 76). I believe the correct one is the 28" Series 390 Channel Balance with the 2710 option? Also I need two top sash guides (IMG_3471 and 3472) which I can not seem to find. Thanks, Ted

My question is about the window top sash guide. Mine is length 1 3/4 , depth 9/16 , width 5/8. The nearest I can see on your site has a length of 2 3/16 , will this work for me or do you have one closer to my length?
