please help me fined the missing lifter hardware for this Viking single hung window the originals were removed and lost or thrown away

Hello. I have a Viking non-tilt window that has no channel balances on either side. The bottom (sliding) section is 26 1/8" H and 15 3/8" wide. Hi, I have two kitchen windows that need balance springs and wanted your help identifying the correct product to order. The vent panel height is 11" tall and 26" wide. I am confident that I need the channel type balance but not sure of the length and series.

I looked at the measurements, and the 18-008 seems to be a perfect fit for our windows. However, we need it in black to match our aluminum windows. Do you guys happen to carry it black? Thank you!

Good evening. The channel. Alance on my mother-in-law's aluminum double paned window broke. It is stsmped as a Caldwell 27-4 KL. I have several windows with broken sash parts. When looking at the windows Channel balance look too long. The balance top part appears to be 19-002. The bottom 15-001.
