I am the need of one of these, but can't find the correct size.

I ordered the S395-27, 2650 channel balances from you and when I installed them the window just fell and the top plastic broke off. Is there a way to fix the actual window? Did I do something wrong? The top of the window was already cracked. Pictures attached.

This plastic piece is attached to the top of a Milgard single hung aluminum window. It's the stop that holds the balancer in place. The aluminum windows were manufactured in 1997. This is a Series 380 or Series 385 balance. If the depth is really 1", choose S380-33. If it's more than 1", choose S385-33. Measure incredibly closely to be sure that it's 1", because it looks iffy. Balance number (1) would use the "3250" weight option and balance number (2) would use "3240." These ... (cont.)
