Hi, I think the pictured window channel balance accsory is broken do you carry the replacement?

The part in the picture attaches to the top of the window and catches the channel balance. I need to replace this part on the other side of the window in the picture

My channel balances are from a philips 1993 single sash window, no tip out. The channel is 26 inches long and 1/2 in wide.
