for a non-tilt window. the length is 27 inches and width 1/2 inch. the top and the shoe have tabs. the top sash guide is 2 3/16 inches long thank you in advance

I am in need of two parts for a Jordan window. One is the balance and the other is the plastic hook catch that goes on the top side of the sash. I have attached photos of each. Sash weighs 12 pounds. Your assistance would be appreciated.

Hi. Looking for a part mounted on the upper corners of the moving section of the window. It provides a tab that the spring loaded member catches on to provide lift to the moving section. In the last picture it is visible having broken off flush with the window frame.

The dimensions of the top sash channel balance guide are: 5/8 inch wide, and 2 3/16 long. The depths vary; on the top it's 9/16, on the bottom it's 3/8. I don't see it in your inventory online.
