Hello, several of my windows are tilted and I've found that the window channel balances are broken. I'm trying to figure out what sizes I need. The marking on the balance says 2040 BSI NC. Bought 18-008 and got them and realized that the old ones are narrower and step up on the back. Looking on your site nothing the same.

I don't know anything about how this system is supposed to work. The window was like this when I bought the house and I've tried to find the manufacturer and they seem to no longer around. Hoping to make it so the window holds itself open again.
