I have about 12 of these windows, all the same size, all about 25 years old. The plastic in the balances is deteriorating. many are broken. You video helped a lot. ordered replacement balances for a window but realized a peiece on the window shash also broke when the old balance failed. Does Swisco carry these? The balances I purchased were 33" Series 385 Channel Balance S385-33 Option: 3240 Order: 3411796

Plastic parts at the end of the metal channel. the number 36c is stamped on the metal channel. I also need to purchase the metal pop rivets and rivet tool to install the plastic parts.The window brand is Weather Shield from Medford, Wisconsin.

Hi, I am looking for top sash guides that match the dimensions of the one in the photos. I'm having trouble finding one that would be a good match. Are there any you could recommend as a replacement? I am looking for a component of the channel balance system to go with the S385-21 parts i just ordered. This part screws into the window near the top of the channel. Is it called the top sash guide? Can you recommend a good replacement for it please?

Plastic part edge of sliding window broken

has number 102. Goes on to side of window to connect it with the track and springs

I have placed order number 3284479 and received it. The balances work well but I found a broken stopper in the top corner of the window and it doesn't allow the balance to stay in the correct placem could you please help me get a replacement? Thank you.

I have some old wooden sash with broken balancers. I'd like to talk to someone about easiest way to reinstall balancers. Sash won't come out until I remove wooden trim stop that retains sash in frame. It won't fit over balancers so must be installed in sash to install. Any hints for holding balance ... (cont.)

The balancers have the number 3330 written on the side, and the letters "LM" with now other markings. I measured the metal-to-metal length to be 34".
