Bought 18-008 and got them and realized that the old ones are narrower and step up on the back. Looking on your site nothing the same.

I don't know anything about how this system is supposed to work. The window was like this when I bought the house and I've tried to find the manufacturer and they seem to no longer around. Hoping to make it so the window holds itself open again.

I need some MI parts. Please see pics. I need 2 of the plastic pieces that screw to the sash with 2 screws. They appear to hold the balance.

Hello, I believe I may have Windsor windows. The spring on several windows seems to be displaced from its proper location. Please provide the part number and hopefully instructions on how to replace the springs. Thanks
