I need the little clips (i need 12) that guide the window and keep it from scraping on the aluminum frames and also that plastic stopper piece(I need 4) near the top of the window that is odd shaped that measures about 2.25" long and 5/8" wide and thick.

These plastic stoppers are broken at the top edge of several windows and I would need to replace them. Do you sell these? What are they called? thank you

I need to replace two window balances and also the bracket that is screwed into the window (only one of those)

Channel guide part number?

Windows are original to the home, built in the early 1990's. Window stopped holding position. I think one or both springs was replaced quite a few years ago - can't remember.

This part is broken on a couple of our pella windows, it is the sash side of the window and seems to be where the 2640 Type 51 Balance catches. They are screwed and glued in place.

I have a cracked plastic top sash piece that needs to be replaced.

Hello, I have a Viking window and the sash stopper is missing on the left side of the window. I took a pic of the right side so you could see the part. Hello, several of my windows are tilted and I've found that the window channel balances are broken. I'm trying to figure out what sizes I need. The marking on the balance says 2040 BSI NC.
