I need channel balance and top sash replacements for my non tilt window. The existing balance metal only length is 28" long and 9/16 (1/2") wide. It is marked 2730. My window sash is 15 lb. The top sash guide appears to be a 5/8" product code 18-008 or 18-008H

Hello, can you please help me identify a top sash guide for these aluminum windows, I looked all over the internet and couldn't find a match, the closest is found was the 18-065. The channel balance in this window is a 2130 BSI.Paul

The part is 28" long the stamp on the part is 2790 and 30 there's also a an AG and 8.51 stamped between the 2790 and 30. I don't know the weight of the sash I'm hoping one of the numbers in the stamp would denote the weight. Both balances are destroyed and it appears the take out tabs are missing ... (cont.)

I believe I need to replace window channel balances. Pics provided. 29" long, has marking "28 9 98# CK Caldwell". The left side of frame pictured has it attached with one empty hole above it, the right side, not pictured only has one hole. I see no take put clips anywhere. Do you have parts I need? ... (cont.)

Hi,The bracket in the pictures is on the sides of a single hung window. It engages with achannel balance number S380. I would like two and four shims. Thanks,John

Attached pics are of one broken balancer. The channel is 9/16" wide (nominal 1/2") x 5/8" deep x 22" long. Stamp on back reads "21 D". Have ten windows of different sizes that won't stay up.
