Gentlemen i am looking to purchase two of the pictured parts. They mount at the top of the window and prevent the balance from coming through the top of the window during window removal.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.William

I ordered around 20 balancers from you a few years back. The length on this one is perfect but the tension was never correct. Hi, we bought this house and found a window with no balances. I'm hoping you folks can help me figure out what we need and then fix us up w parts. The manufacturer is Phillips and there's a date of 1995 inside the windows. The overall inside window dia. is 58.5 hi and 47' wide. The sash dia is 29 ... (cont.)

I have a top sash guide from a 1980s Norandex window that looks similar to the 18-142 but has only one hole instead of two and has a smaller top part. Can you identify this sash cam. It has broken.

Do you have these parts for an Ambco single hung window? I need two balance springs and two of the sash spring release parts (three images). The window sash dimensions are 45½" wide X 22½" tall.

The metal portion is 33" long. I have included pictures of the end pieces, and a mystery piece that fell out when I removed the window. It appears broken. ThanksGreg
