TOP SASH GUIDE
I have looked at your top sash guides for balances but didn't see anything exactly like what I have. Do you have anything that will work to keep balances from flopping and sliding around? Thanks Scott

Channel balance length of 20-5/8"
I have identified the appropriate channel balance for my milgard windows with the 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe, however my existing channels measure 20-5/8" not 21". Is this 3/8" delta a problem or should I be looking at another channel? The channel stamp is "B.S.I. 20 4 OV"

top sash channel balance
it is 5/8" wide by 1 1/2" long by 3/8" tall. As you can see from the picture that the to stop is broke. I looked through your parts and didn't see a match. This is off a milgard vinyl window. I'm going to order the S385-27 balance if this helps. Thanks Keith
