The pics are from a Simonton Dimension I single hung vinyl window. The metal coil is one-half inch wide and the white plastic piece above is one and a sixteenth wide, which is the main body and not the "ears". I need the parts for 4 windows.

there are two of these one on each side if i put a screwdriver into the part on the bottom and turn the mechanism it releases the tension .

We bought these in 2009. On 3 windows the plastic parts on the side tracks are broken. The part number is 801020. On one window, the horizontal channel on the top of the lower window is broken, but we may be able to repair it.

Require 4 double spring & pivot lock assemblies 1" wide X 17/32" thick.

One of the coil balances on my window had its coil bend and lock up. The Balance has three coils in it and two are in bad shape. I would like to replace the whole balance on both sides.
