Printed on coil I think can read #35 33" the width is 1/2 inch, tongue is 7 mm, the hole is 9mm I think this is a Jeld Wen window purchased in 2017. No stickers or identifying information on window or glass.

I need help with replacement hardware for this type of window.enclosed is bar code of window and hardware i removed. This is for 2 windows . Each window measures 33. 3/8 inches x 23inches. If I guess the weight of the one window each 20 to 25 pds. . Thank you.

The coil spring is 0.5" wide and is stamped with #3.5 35" The pivot shoe is 0.5" thick Looks like one bumper is missing, should I replace it with two new ones? Do I need any other parts?

You maybe able to see the parts number from the pics I uploaded. 2 Coils came out of left side of sash. 1 coil stamped OMEGA #3, 5, 33 the 2 coil markings were unreadable. I have a single hung vinyl window made by Jeld-Wen around 2000 that won't stay up. The sash is approx 27 lbs and has 4 coils (2 on each side). Do you know what replacement parts we need to fix this based on these pictures?

I apologize for the picture. the measurements are 17/32" thick-1 7/32" Wide 1 3/4' tall. The windows are Fiberglass and very heavy the shoe moves with the window and the balance springs are fixed the the window frame there is 3 balance springs per side that are stamped with an 8. Both constant force balance springs broke on my Jeld-Wen vinyl double hung window. I am getting NO support from Jeld-Wen. Attached are pics of the counter balance needed. Hello, Trying to find the right replacement parts for 2 coil balances for a bathroom window. The broken parts can be seen in the pictures - the steel coil has a "3" stamp on it. I could probably reuse the pieces that hold the pivot bar, but I would definitely need new coils and new coil housing part ... (cont.)
