Stamped on the cover: Part# 801020, Patent #'s 5.232.208, 5.365.638.6.584.644 B2 Coil is 1/2" wide, cover is 3" long and 1 1/4" wide Stamped on coil is #3.5 35" P First photo taken before I removed it from the window.

Trying to locate this Pivot shoe for a tilt window,the little piece that attaches the balance rod has broken off the top,like a little hook if you will....thanks so much in advance for you time!

I'm looking to order 4 of the above parts for my Hayfield H201 window. They where manufactured in 2004. I believe this is called a quick tilt mechanism. They normally will slide up with the window and hold it in the up position.

It appears that 3 out of 4 coils have broken in this set of two counterbalances. Sash weight is approximately 15-20 pounds (Guessing?) Windows may have been from any source even though it is suspected they were part of the pre-constructed Alouette home kit built in 2000.Thanks,Bill ... (cont.)
