Im not sure how to measure the bottom shoe so I can't figure if I need the 351 or 390. Thanks if you can help

Hi, I bought Series 351-23 Option 2230 ... but they were too long. I must have measured an old channel balance for the wrong window perhaps. I'm looking to replaced 2 window balances in my dad's property. Enclosed are some photos I took. There is a number 1920 on the track, don't know if that helps. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Tai

Attached are pictures of the channel balance that is in a majority of my 2nd floor windows. The aluminum body is 26 & 3/8 inches long with "2630" stamped on the back. There are also 2 additional windows with identical top and bottom portions. The only difference is that the length is 20 & 3/8 inches ... (cont.)

Our windows are hard to open and close. We have non tilt sliding windows. Attached is the stamp on the current channel balance. The current balance seems to just be too strong for the weight of the sash. Your help would be amazing. Thank you, Jordan

I need to confirm the block and tackle balancers I need for non tilt aluminum windows. The are marked 1920 and 1520. I also need the part that goes on the sash.

HI, The stamps on my 20" balances read 19 5 LS Caldwell. I'm not sure which option should I choose when ordering replacements?If it helps, the replacements looks like they would be series 351 balances..Take care, Tom

I need to replace channels on two windows by Alenco one says 21 D and the other says 19D

I have to replace the following balances, which are stamped - 15S16 16" long channel 19S21 20" long channel Both are fitted with 19-002 top and 19-002 bottom However, there is no reference to the 4 digit numbers noted on your site. Please advise.
