Which channel balances do I need to replace these? See pics. 29" long (channel only) stamped w 28 3. sash weighs 18 lbs thx marty

The metal rail is 29 inches long the number stamped into the rail is J 2840

I'm in need of a Millguard replacement channel balancer. My measurement is 9/16 wide & Deep, by 30 inches long. What would I order from you to replace that? John

Current balances are identified as 28 2 GK and need to identify new parts. In the past, I have replaced the balances in another window and it was a Series 390 but a different size.

I have 4 windows where the metal part is 29 inch and 1 where it's 23 inch. The 29 inch parts say "28 3 GS Caldwell". The 23 inch part has no markings. I have more pictures to share if needed.

Current balance spring is marked 2830 B91. They are 1/2" wide. What is the next size down in spring strength that I can order? My wife has trouble closing the window all the way with these springs installed.

My window was never installed completely (see photos). I can not get the window to install using the 2 channels in the photos. Installed the window without the channels at present. I'm looking for replacement window Channel Balances that are correct for the old ones that are labeled 28-3. The metal part of the channel balance is 29 inches long. I need two different balances. First one: photos of both ends, 1/2" channel, metal channel length 28 3/4", no stamps, Jordan window installed in about 1990, window weights 32 pounds Second one: same ends as the first, 1/2" channel, metal channel length 29", stamped 2830, also Jrday windos installed ... The window is approximately 47 3/4" by 59 1/2" Single, no tilt.Window fails to stay up and I would like to replace both balances. Hoping you can supply new 1/2" balances complete with the plastic end pieces.More than happy to send additional measurements or photos.Les
