18-065 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Peco

I'm trying to locate part #18-065 in a different measurement. All the measurements are correct except the side view. The side view measurement I'm looking for is 9/16", not the 11/16" that is on the picture for part #18-065. Is there another one that is in stock?

I have aluminum non-tilt hung windows in my condo. The balance top and the top sash guide are most unusual. I don't see them on your website. Can you find them?

All of my windows ballasts are broken or dont work. I am not sure how they go in or work but mos of them had been removed by the previous owner. I'm pretty sure I have Milgard 1997 Milgard windwos Building of house put in. I need a clip for the top left of the window. This is from the side channel on older double hung WeatherVane windows. It is the top stopper for the side channel spring. The to should look a little more like a 'T'

This is the top clip for a window balancer for a non tilt window. The metal balancer has a marking "3030, b.s.i which is perpendicular to the 3030 then the letters NH in the same direction as the 3030. I can't identify this channel balance and don't know who manufactured the window

Greetings Experts! Attached are four pictures of a replacement part we need. It is a small, plastic piece that screws into the side of the window and it holds the window balance in place. Can you suggest a part that would work for me? Many thanks! Michael

I will need a pair of 27" channel balance with 9/16 width. Since the shoe measure 1", series 380 seems to be the closest. While the top is not an exact match and I lost one of the top sash guide I will need to replace both top guide. Will 18-065 top sash guide be a right choice? That look clos ... (cont.)

Can you identify the part shown in the attached photos? The length is 3.25". There are two installed in each of the Weathervane double sash windows. The windows were installed in 1984. I looked through your catalogue and couldn't find a match. Thanks, Kent
