I need the plastic pieces that sit atop wooden window frames that I believe are used to keep sash in place. I have a few that broke and basically windows are inop. It seems like the string attachment to the window channel is supposed to be a small hook which is missing from the metal piece at the end of the string. Hello. Looking for this Sideloader and sash guide. As per pics the metal case measures 23". The code stamped on the Sideloader is 22A. Reached out to you guys about a year ago. The guide suggested by one of your associates is a little too large. The top "hook" extends 11/16". This extra depth prevents one channel balance from getting past angle. And the one side that does get past the angle extends above the top of the lower window ... (cont.)

Can you help me identify the top sash guide that is pictured? I have previously cross-referenced & purchased the 34" Series 380 channel balance and later found the top guides were broken on several. Top sash guide in pictues is 3 3/8" in length and the top is 5/8" x 7/8'. This is for a non-tilt window.

These are made of pot aluminum approximately 1 13/16ths long 5/8ths wide. I don't see anything resembling these. Please help
