My windows take 29" 385 series channel balance with 2380 stamped on it. I'm trying to figure out which top sash guides these are, or if there is a suitable replacement.

Please advise which part this is for me to order.

Hello My balancer spring on my Milgard window broke. I have attached pictures. It also broke the attachment on the window that presses against the spring. I do not see a name anywhere on the windows. I bought the condo with old windows. Top is 7/8"X7/8". Total Length is 1.5".Lip depth is 1/4".Base Top Plate to Screw hole is 7/8".Can you identify what I need. I need 12 total count.

My window sash weighs 29.6 lbs, but the sash 1850 only goes up to 20 lbs, which one should I buy? Also the metal guide is 19.6 inches (50cm), should I buy the 19inch option. I live in Central Florida and my porch windows were manufactured by Seasonshield (later bought by JeldWen). Many (practically all) the top stop caps have become brittle from the heat and need replacing. Are you familiar with this brand and do I need to replace all the channel guides as well? I am no ...
