19-002 Channel Balance Top Guide

We have windows that are 8 years old supplied by Norandex/Simonton. At least one of the plastic ends broke and the balance popped out. It is stamped 3519DS and is 37". We are not sure which ends are the correct ones to order. I guess there are to many combinations that look similar. 380 or 385 ... (cont.)

Thanks for posting, Mark. Based on your stamp, I'd recommend our 2550 option. This can support a window sash weight range of 25 through 28 pounds. Does your sash weight fall within that range? Let me know!

The window is a single hung, no-tilt, Andersen series 2700. The part is stamped with "27 14L". It is 1/2" thick and 28.25 inches tall. I could not find it on your site. Can you assist?

I have a rental with vinyl windows installed 10-12 years ago. The balances installed have 18 3 BS1 stamped on them. I think my window channel balance is 61 series. They are 29" long by 5/8 " with laminated edges. I will send pictures. The stamp says 28-2 . Thanks
