I ordered replacements for my balances from you several years ago and need some more. I do not see the type of balance with my shoe. I have a 35", 1/2 wide balance with a 19-002 top. I attached pictures of the shoe and the top. Can you supply these? I need to purchase at least 10. ... (cont.)

My channel balance has a number of 2830Q stamped on it. I believe the windows were by Alenco and made in 1986. Is your balance S730-29 the proper balance. Your site says for "Silver line channel balance S730-29". Just checking before ordering. Thanks. Ron D.

I have MW windows and need to replace a 31" Channel Balance. The stamp on the channel is 30D. I don"t know what part number the plastic end pieces are. DOes that matted as long as the channel is the right length and the ends look the same.

If you look at the attached pictures, I was able to purchase replacement clips, but I am unsure how to locate the second half which is the flat portion.
