Window spring ballasts
Could you help with parts identify? Top (black part)---- I read it as 19-002 Bottom ---- I could not find any exact please help. Stamped reads 28 3 EK Caldwell. I measured the metal channel and it measured 29 not 28. Weight of window is 19 pounds but I have others with exactly the same ... (cont.)

Channel Balance Replacement Needed
I need to order a pair of replacement channel balances for my window. I think I need 380 Channel Balance with 19-005 and 15-005 for a 26" balance. Can you take a look at the attached photos to confirm this is correct? Thank you so much, Darin

Balancer top and shoe ID
I know I have the right balancer length and width (21" long and 9/16 wide), one set is stamped 2020 and the other 2040 (2 types of windows). Can't quite tell if I have the right top and shoe, I think its 19-005 and 15-005. Can you tel from these photos? Was goint to order your S380-21 thanks! ... (cont.)

I need replacement Caldwell Channel Balance
I need some replacement balances. The channel is 1/2" by 5/8" with an outside hemmed edge. The writing on the back is "28 3 10 CALDWELL" The metal channel is 29" long NOT including the plastic fittings. I am pretty sure the top fitting is 19-002 because it does not have flanges. I believe that I have a Series 351 with a 15-002 Shoe and a 19-002 Top. Please see photos to verify. It is hard to see the difference between the 15-002 and the 15-001 Shoes in your photos. The Top & Shoe are almost the same color with the Shoe being slightly more yellow. The only marking is "2 ... (cont.)

A2850 & A2240 channel balances
Hi, I need to replace my half inch channel balances in several older, aluminum windows. I have attached pics. Taking cues from an earlier post, the foot does seem to be 1&1/16 inches. there is a 28 f stamped on the back of the channel balancers. They are 29" long and 1/2 in wide but I can not find the exact top and bottom on you site. Tim

I don't have a camera to send pictures, but I've measured and re-measured balances, attachments, and windows. I'm fairly confident that I can go with the Non-Tilt Series 351 (1/2 wide) as the top attachment 19-002, and the shoe attachment 15-002 (1x1) match exactly with the measurements on your sit ... Help choosing the correct channel balance
I need to replace an 18" long 1/2" channel balance. Your series 390 is the closest match but the balance I have has a 19-005 type top instead of the 19-002. What do you recommend?
