Hi, The attached images show damaged in some areas of the balance but on the side of the balance are the numbers 1820. Also, from one end to the other end of the metal part of the balance is 18 1/2". I need 8 channel Balances with hardware and 8 Take out clips.Channel Balances have only one number on them and that is 1840. They measure 18 1/2" long, as shown in the photos.The take Out clips fit the Measurements of your Pan Am clips. See them also in photos.Thanks,Herb

Hello, These are from two similar windows. The sash measures 34" X 25" for the larger one and 34" X 19" for the smaller one. The channel balance measures 9/16" in width. The long one is 24" in length and stamped with 2320. The short one is 18 1/2" in length and stamped with 1820. The shoe is winge ... (cont.)

The four, S377-19 (1820) balances of my order do not fit my window sash. They do not engage into the sash and simply come out. My existing balances are 18 1/2" long (metal section only), but the ones I received are 19". I checked the website again and the 18" series only have the four-digit number o ... (cont.)

Stamp # 1820. Measures 18.5". Non tilt window. Half inch channel width. Appears to be a 377 series but spring in mine connects on top to a bar inserted 14.5" from bottom. Should I get the 18 inches ones and return the 19 inches back to you? will the 18 inches ones work with window properly.
