Hi the length of the metal bit is 27". Do I need a balance of boith sizes? Thye window is 52" x 55". Thanks.

Please help identify the correct window balance I need based on the pictures. The length of the metal rode is 27 inches. The weight of the window is 13.8 pounds. Does the number m 26-2 mean anything? I found the following two parts for my windows: 27" Series 377 Channel Balance & Take Out Clip I need the plastic clips that are screwed on the window sides which are broken on my window, these plastic clips stop the "channel balance" from coming off, I can't find those on your web site, can I send ...
