Which channel balance do I need to order to replace the broken one? The marking on it is 24 4 CN CALDWELL

I need one of these for a single hung Milgard Style Line window.

I went to open one of our windows at the cottage and one side of the spring assembly broke. The spring unit is a Unique 24-D-40. Over all length of the assembly is 26" end to end as per the picture. I would be looking to getting up to 8 assemblies as this is what I would need to replace for all 4 ... (cont.)

Hi, the marking on the part is 24 2 HO CALDWELL in case you can't see it in my photos. The vinyl windows are at least 25 years old. I need to replace all of the balancers in my rental unit. Several different sizes but mostly the same as the ones in my photos. Thanks for your help! Liz ... (cont.)

Hi there. I bought this home about 15 yrs ago and used this room as storage. We are doing some remodeling and notice the windows don't stay up. The balances weren't attached to anything. Trying to identify a channel balance, it is 25" in length.

I need to replace my vinyl window springs. I have uploaded several photos of the top and bottom guides as well as the stampings on the existing springs. We removed the window to take a look and see that one of the block and tackle has a broken plastic piece and the other one has its string crossing causing it to fray. I have a 25"L, 1/2"W Channel Balance with the stamp "2490BSI/ML 28" with a shoe width of 1-3/32 This is an 150 year old Victorian. Also, would it be correct to assume I should replace both at the same time? Thx for any insight.
