Hello, Looking for the balancer and top sash guide for a vinyl window. I attached the label of the window. Seems like the top sash guide is your part number 18-008. The balancer is 26" long. I had the channel balance break in two different window with the same size. I don't know the sash weight. The balance is 25" long and the plastic connectors look to be a fairly standard winged connector.
