I need 4 @14 inches long And 4@25 inches long I measured the metal only The originals were stamped with Caldwell on

My old sash balance show: 25 5 BSI TA or BSI PR different windows, My sash weights 26 lb. I don't know I should choose two 2420 or 2450

1)I need two channel balances. The balance is stamped 2430 BG BSI. 2) Also, when the pulley rope broke, the balance rammed into and broke the end-piece attached to the sash that the balance fits into. 3)Do you sell lubricant to help the sash slide more easily? Thank you very much! ... (cont.)

Hello,There were no markings on the existing block and tackle. The steel rod measures 25 inches in length, see photo 2230. I need to order 2 of these for a window that slides up and down and would like to know what specific items I should order.Thank youJames

1997 Caldwell Windows. Marked 24 4 IL. Metal measures 25 inches. Non tilt. Window weighs approx 17lbs. I have 27 windows, three different sizes, that need addressed.
