S380-25 25" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hi I was hoping you can help me identify the part I need I've attached some pictures of the ends and the metal part is 25" long

Please see pictures, they have 2420 stamped on it.Looking to replace, please advise

Looking to replace window balance for multiple windows. House was built in 1992. Not sure if current balances are OEM. No markings on windows other than those in photos. Windows weight approximately 21 pounds

Metal part is 25 inches. Brand is Caldwell 24 5 CN need two pieces Let me know if you need any other info

There are no markings on it. The metal portion of it measures 28 1/2" I have another channel balance that I need to replace that looks the same but it is 25". The 25" one has the markings of 24 4 EL CALDWELL. Since they are both in my home, I would assume that the 28 1/2" is a Caldwell as we ... (cont.)

The plastic caps broke on this. I need 2 fully assembled replacement channels and the top cap (sent pics from intact set). MFG Code; CAPACO Cap-1: Series 100/115: mfg about 1985. Channel Balancer 2430, aluminum measures 25 inches long, overall length 26", 9/16" outer width, 5/8" outer depth. Please advise replacement choice from your catalog. Thanks, Ron

my old metal channel . measures 25 3/4.and it is similar to 380 and 385 series. can I use a 25" metal channel or a 26"? please advise so I can order it. thanks in advance.

I am replacing 1/2" wide channel balance on older windows. The bottom shoe does not appear to match any of the shoes you have. I need to replace the block and tackle devices on two windows. The first device has a designation 22 4 IQ Caldwell the second designation is 24 4 EQ Caldwell.I wish to replace both devices for each of two windows.I will attach photos of the plastic ends.

S380 or S385 - hard to tell.
