S380-25 25" Series 380 Channel Balance

Attached are pics of the channel balances and top guides that I need. I think I have S-385, since the S-380 shoe looks a tad smaller. Can you confirm? Are there any other option than replacing with a similar channel balance? Also need the sash guide shown. I'm not sure on the number for ... (cont.)

Windows in my house are 25 years old. The window balance that is broken is numbered 24300 with a perpendicular stamp---B.S.I. The channel is 25" long and 5/8" wide. The part of the pulley that attaches to the long spring is broken, but given it's age, I think I should replace the entire window ba ... (cont.)

My main question is that the length of the channel is 25 5/8 inches so I am not sure what size to use. Secondly it appears that the hook is lower on the change then those shown. From the pictures it appears to be a 19-005 top and a 15-005 shoe. These are Milgard non-tilt. The window weighs 19lbs ... (cont.)

Hello: One of my windows needs a channel balance replaced, although I suspect I need the pair. Markings on the piece is: 24 3 LP Caldwell, and it measures 25" long (metal body only) and 1/2" wide. I have Harcar windows in my new (old) home and the small one in the bath room has 1/2 inch wide channel same as series 380, but is only 12" long, stamped with 1110 N. Also a 52" single hung widow with Series 380 channel with 24B N stamped on it. I need two of each please? Thanks, Tom ... (cont.)
