Broken balance on Pennco Window. Looking for replacement parts. Window is form 2007/2008 Thank you

I would like to replace the failed window parts on several windows for a project.

3 photos are provided to help identify the broken part. Manufacturer of window and spring device is unknown.

I have a few balances with broken s clips and some windows are missing balances. Attached are pictures of a balance with a broken clip. Do you have these clips? The housing is 32 inches long, the spring is 17 inches long, together they weight 13.58 Oz and on the housing it says K 31TGX

I need a replacement channel balance for a 20 year old Atrium Thermal Windows 36 inch channel. The model 770 SWISCO with a 9/16 inch channel looks exactly like the one I need---- except for how it hinges on top. Top has a z shaped hook formed from sheet metal that clips to top rivet on balance and uses final fold in metal to hold hook on the rivet. 22F and 24F stamped on metal.I don't know if there is a better solution to trying to find exact replacement parts.
