Attached picture is for a Marvin #232023 window 23X26 size. I have one replacement part with a 22H on it. It measures 23" end to end just the metal part. I need three more units with the clips for the top and the black piece that runs inside the channel connected to the rope that window clip fits ... (cont.)

Is the top clip included with this balance? If not, which clip do I need for the inner window? I plan to install this balance on a Marvin window circa 1978. Measurements and photos seem to indicate this is the correct balance. What are your thoughts?

I need to replace a balance for a tilt-out window. I've looked hard for identifiers that indicate the manufacturer, but I've found none. The window was installed when the house was built in 2008. I have the same malta windows in my house as I post D51793 that need to be fixed.I have a couple of questions. I have half of the windows that have the glass dimension of 31" wide and 23 1/2" high and half 31" wide by 36 " high. Which balance would I use for the larger windows. Also I dont want to u ... Length is 31". My bathroom scale measures @ 20# but could be off. Balance is 1/2"+ with ribbed profile. Spacer at top is about 1 1/2" long.

Hello,I have several windows that won't stay where I open them to. They can free fall. Hello, I have a client who needs the channel balances in her windows replaced. They are 9/16" wide and each section of the window is 37" tall. I took one of the broken ones out and the only marking I can find is 36XHD stamped on one end. Any idea of which part I need to order? Thanks! Isaac ... (cont.)

I have Rivco tilt windows from the late 70s. I need to replace something that looks like a 24

Parts are from a double hung window manufactured by Norco. I am looking to replace 2 shoes and 2 springs. The balance is 17 inches long and a 1/2 inch wide. The spring when installed is 7 inches long.

I'm struggling with trying to find and order the window balances I need. They are tilt window channel ribbed balances. The channel from metal end to metal end is 24" long, 9/16" wide and 5/8" deep. The channel is stamped with 23HD and B.S.I. on it. The top has a 1" long s-clip which attaches the top ... (cont.)

Is it possible to "flex" guide open to remove and replace a 751 series channel balance? If so, I would rather not remove and replace wooden trim and not risk damaging it (I have 5 windows to fix). Thanks, Steve

Width is 1/2" commercial (actual 9/16") Length is 31" Marking states 30XHD I also have the same exact type but shorter length that needs identifying. Marking is 24XHD Length is 25" Thank you!

Hi, I have WS block and tackle balance with knife shoe. The Sash say 30HD 102 DB I found the following model on your website but the picture doesn't show me what kind of shoe would work with this. Can I replace the Channel Balance without removing the jam? The jam removal would require removal of very nice trim that I may damage. Preference is to do it in place. Spring broke on both sides. I got the old ones out, but not sure I can hook the top. Could I use the old hook?

Hi, Didn't see anywhere where the 751 ribbed channel balances come with the clips for hooking onto the jamb liners? Do they or do I have to order separate? Thanks, Pat

Hello I'm looking for a pair of window balances for a double hung from Kolbe Kolbe. They are tilt in windows. The balances are beige in color and have 28-HD stamped on them. There looks to be a small black and silver piece which I think might be the brake?

I have a tilt in window with bad sash balances. Upon removal I note they are stamped 30TGK. Is this one of yours? Where can I purchase or just online?
