S380-27 27" Series 380 Channel Balance

I am trying to identify the appropriate replacement channel balances. There are a couple options that appear similar. Balance length is 27 inches and width is 1/2 inch. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Dustin I need help getting the right balance spring for my bedroom window. Above is pictures of the old one. The number on the side says 2630 But when I look on your website I don't see that number. Could you please help me.

My window is Milguard brand. The lower part of the window (the part that moves) is 29 3/4 inches high and 33 1/2 inches wide. My balancers are 27 inches long (measuring metal channel only) and have '26 4 AK CALDWELL' printed on them.

Double hung window with this vertical track in the sliding portion of the window.

Hello, The existing channel balance has the markings 26 4 BN Caldwell on it. It is 27" long. It looks like I need S390-27 but I don't have access to the window to determine weight and appropriate option. The window sash is double paned with 44 3/4 by 28 glass measurement. Do you have something similar? This is in a 1993 Alpine window(s) - I unfortunately did not quite measure the length of the balance - but the Sash Guides are urgent! Thanks Matt

hi , the metal section is 27" overall to end of plastic tips 28.125? , has a 12.5" compressed spring , it has a ink marking 26 4 fj . window is 1990 aluminum frame double pane 44" wide x 29" tall. please advise part number. thanks

We have Milgard windows and one balancer just broke. I am sure they will all start breaking sooner or later. Is there an exact replacement you can recommend? It is all very confusing with all the shoe options. I would also need the plastic part that gets screwed into the sash (standard?). ... (cont.)
