Worn out window pully

I am having a hard time figuring out which channel balance is needed. The rope snapped and it says 26 4 LR CALDWELL on it but the metal is 27". I don't know what it means to measure the 'sash'to get the weight or whatever. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Hello I was told by Milgard I need a set of 26-5 balance and a set of14-2 balances with shoes. Can someone please assist?

Looking to replace my Milguard window slides in my house. Pictures are included. They are 27 inches long.

The only marking on my broken part is 26 4 CALDWELL JM. However, I measured the metal section only and it is 27 inches exactly. What size do I need?

stamp on current balance is 26 4 FW CMC 427 inch length not including top and bottom parts1/2 inch wide railI think it is the series 385, but not sure.thank youMatt

27 inches - metal length shoe depth - 1 3/32 inch window weight - 20# I believe I need series 385 2640 but the top guide appears slightly different. Thanks, Jerry

I tried the site tool to identify my window channel balancer and got this far: https://www.swisco.com/cl/1_2-inch-Wide-Channel-Balances. It's a half inch channel balancer for a non-tilt window. A few of these look really similar to my channel balancer, so I'm not sure which to order... ... (cont.)

This is for a vinyl window. The glass is marked Oldcastle. Only the bottom sash moves and is removed by pushing the whole thing to the side and pulling it out of the channel. There is no tilt out. The balance is 27" long from end to end of the metal channel only. I am looking for the correct re ... (cont.)
