S380-30 30" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello I need help identifying my channel. It has 29-4 written on metal frame. Metal frame length is 30" exactly. I think its your S380 or S385.I didn't no how to measure shoe.Please call my cell if need to. Thank you Saul

We built our house in 2004 and used double pane windows from ALCAN (which was a local supplier). They are no longer in business and the window channels have mostly failed at this point. We are trying to find a replacement for these parts.

Hi I am lookimg for the balances and clips shown. I know the balance is 1/2 by 30 inches. I havent been able to find these parts locally. Are you able to assist?

This is for a non-tilt window. The metal part measures 30" long and 1/2" wide. The stamp for weight does not match anything on your website that I can find.

We need to replace the balances for 2 windows. Attached are some pictures. We have more pictures available with the end pieces showing. Please advise if you need more pictures. The weight for the #29 4 GX CMC 7 is 19.5 lbs The weight for the #29 4 BX CMC 11 is 21.8 lbs

Looking to replace the window balances in three windows. My house was built in 1991 and the windows are Alcan? Windows. I need the balancers, top guides and glazing strips. The balancers are 30 inches in length with out the ends.

I'm replacing some balances on a 22 1/2 x 32 window. They are stamped 29B. It's a 30 inch balance but what weight is "B"? Also, it has winged top and shoe.

The Balance spring is from an Alcon window. It has a part number 2910. The metal channel is 1/2 inch wide by 30 inches long. Overall length with end pieces is 31 inches. Looks like you photo of S380 or S385. I need 6 of them for 3 widows with the end pieces installed.

I had ordered the 2950 version and used them on wider/heavier windows. Attempted to use these on 25 lbs windows and they keep moving past the window back to the stop clip. I am assuming the spring is just too strong for the lighter windows. However there is a slight groove in the frame that one side ... (cont.)

Markings are on one of the pics. The bottom plastic is 1" wide, NOT 1 3/32. The rod, itself is 1/2 in wide and 30" long, metal end to metal end. The plastic parts are not included in this measurement. It looks to me to be a 30" 380 series, can you verify pls? Also, not sure which strength optio ... (cont.)
