The balance I pulled out was 1/2 wide and 30" long. The only numbers i saw on it was 29 6 and a trade mark symbol. Picture attached.

Channel balance 3440 S380-35 2940 S380-30. Please check if the parts that I have ordered under order number 1382831 are same as those in the picture. I am not sure if the parts that are ordered are as per the specifics in the picture.

Good afternoon, I am trying to purchase the correct replacement part for my window. A requested in your video I have attached a few pictures and the length of the old part 18 in. Thank for your time.

I have a stamp that may be the sash weight - 29 4 IQ CALDWELL S-380 looks right; 30" definitely right. The shoe at the top in the pic is definitely right (with wings). I really can't tell from the bottom as mine are damaged.

I need to replace the sash guide - top on a kimco window. I replaced the Channel Balance with your 30" Series 380-30 Channel Balance option 2940. I also ordered the 5/8" Sash Guide Howmet 18-018.
