These from a NuAir window. Best I can tell they are 61-295 for the balance and 61-501 for the bottom bracket & 61-516 for the top bracket. I would like to get 4 replacements assembled and ready to install.

Have a look at both our S380-30 and S385-30 channel balances. These look identical, with the exception of the bottom balance shoe 'depth' measurement.
