These from a NuAir window. Best I can tell they are 61-295 for the balance and 61-501 for the bottom bracket & 61-516 for the top bracket. I would like to get 4 replacements assembled and ready to install.

Have a look at both our S380-30 and S385-30 channel balances. These look identical, with the exception of the bottom balance shoe 'depth' measurement. I have 6 of these balances to replace and I ordered the 2810 option, needless to say they didn't hold the windows up.

The metal channel is 30" long by 5/8" wide. The sash guide is 1 3/4" long and 5/8" wide. Stamped on the channel is 2950

Hi there! Looks like you need a new balance and a new top sash guide. For the balance, it would be either our S380-30 or S385-30, depending on the depth of the shoe. That's the only difference.
