S380-30 30" Series 380 Channel Balance

I have 6 of these balances to replace and I ordered the 2810 option, needless to say they didn't hold the windows up.

The metal channel is 30" long by 5/8" wide. The sash guide is 1 3/4" long and 5/8" wide. Stamped on the channel is 2950

On two different windows the left channel balance string has snapped. I am interested in two new sets. The metal channel is 30" long and the spring is 14" long including hooks.

I have many windows to work on in my house. The house was built in 2006. This balance is for my dining room, a single hung, non tilt window. the serial # on balance is 2990 38. see pictures. Hi there! Looks like you need a new balance and a new top sash guide. For the balance, it would be either our S380-30 or S385-30, depending on the depth of the shoe. That's the only difference. You'll also need to weigh your sash to confirm the best stamp option.As for the top sash guide, see our 18 ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement window balance. It is a 30" balance, 29-5 AA CMC 11 is on balance.

stamp 2950 of bs1 30 inch long channel is 1/2 inch

Not sure what balances I need. They are half inch balances 30 inches long. The markings on them are 2950 left side and 2930 right side. i have 2 windows of this size. Let me know if you need any other pics.Thanks,Curt

So from your other post from Tampa Florida, do I also need the S380-30 or S385-30? The Channel length is 30", the stamp is 2950 BSI.

There is no stamps on the channel balance. They appear to 1/2 inch wide and 30 inch in length. Four windows (8 balances) that measures approximately 50x32. Markings printed on the channel balances differ from window to window.
