single hung Milgard window approx 45"x74" installed 25 years ago, need replacement window balancer (string broken), metal channel measures 30"L & approx 5/8"D x 9/16"W and stamped with "29 4 EQ Caldwell", not sure what is the correct substitute model to order from your web site, thanks for your help ... This is a broken channel balance labeled 2910F5. Total metal channel measures 30 inches.

I have a valance stamped 29ds 38. Looking to buy a replacement for this. I am in Florida and this window is hurricane rated and is kinda heavy. It is also a non tilt window

The balance springs are 29 3/8 inches long. 1 1/4 deep and 5/8 inches wide. (Please see attached photos for confirmation). I've attached additional photos of the clips on both sides as well as the makings on the casing. I will need 2 springs.

Hello, I'm trying to identify the correct top and bottom shoe brackets for a replacement channel balance. These are from (apparently) Kinco windows - house was built in 2002.
