I need help finding the series. they look like the S380 and the S385. The stamps on my broken ones are 2640 and 2930. These are for different windows.

I am looking for replacement balancer. 2940 c BSI stamped on metal. Photos attached to help describe part. Measures 30" metal only x 1/2 x 5/8 approximately.

Hi, I need to replace the balances in my window. I believe it is Caldwell. It is 30 in long. The stamp says is 29-4. I'm not sure about the guides though. Can you help me identify the right part?

I ordered the S380-30 option 2950 but my window is 55 lbs and I was told my balance is a custom please advise.

On my windows I have attached balance 29 6. Please find attached picture. Also it appears that my Sash CAM (caps) are also busted and need replacement. Can you please recommend right product to purchase?

Need Channel Balances and Top Sash Guides.Weight of window is 24 pounds.Balance length 29 inches,1/2 inch channel, wings bottom and top, bottom fitting depth 1 inch. Stamp is "29 4 PR BST".

The balancer has following part number. 29 4 HW CMC 7 I need to purchase the replacement.

I found 2930 nmBSI stamped. I measured 30" long without hardware
