S390-20 20" Series 390 Channel Balance

Markings > UNIQUE 19-D-40 Dimensions: 20 inches L (19 & 15/16" to be exact) x 1/2 inch W - for 20 lbs window sash.

These are from one of my windows and they are 40 years old and getting creaky. What would the replacement be?

I'm looking to replaced 2 window balances in my dad's property. Enclosed are some photos I took. There is a number 1920 on the track, don't know if that helps. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Tai

Attached are pictures of the channel balance that is in a majority of my 2nd floor windows. The aluminum body is 26 & 3/8 inches long with "2630" stamped on the back. There are also 2 additional windows with identical top and bottom portions. The only difference is that the length is 20 & 3/8 inches ... (cont.)

Old Window Channel Balance appears to most closely resemble your series 351, but; 1) the bottom shoe on old balance measures about 1 1/16" wide, so not sure if 351 or 390 series is best, 2) marking/stamp on my channel says 1990, your stamp options only seem to go to 1960, although window sash seems ... Our windows are hard to open and close. We have non tilt sliding windows. Attached is the stamp on the current channel balance. The current balance seems to just be too strong for the weight of the sash. Your help would be amazing. Thank you, Jordan

I need to confirm the block and tackle balancers I need for non tilt aluminum windows. The are marked 1920 and 1520. I also need the part that goes on the sash.

This part is from the left side of my window. It used to help hold it up when the window was opened. The string it used to have broke off. Do you have a replacement part?
