S390-22 22" Series 390 Channel Balance

metal is 1/2" wide x 22" long window. I can not figure out what spring I need. The half thatt moves up and down is 42" wide x 23 tall.

I'm hoping you can identify and suggest replacents for our window hardware. These two are 22 inches long and 1/2" wide.Please ask any questions necessary and we will get back promptly.Regards, Joe

Stamped 21-12 BSI That's all I know about it

It says 21b BSI. Looking to buy replacement for both sides of window.

Part stamped 21B, channel is 1/2" wide 22" long. Part stamped 21D, channel is 1/2" wide 22" long. Part stamped 15 D ,channel is 1/2" wide and 16" long. Measured according to instructions on your web site

Hi there, I am looking to replace balances in Monterey Windows, single hung. they have the number 2720 B.S.I 0 and the other one reads 2120R B.S.I Do you have any of these or replacement ones?

These are for non-tilt windows. 5/8" wide, 22" long, stamped 2140. My guess would be 390 or 351 series. Thank you in advance for your help in identifying replacement parts. James

These came from a vinyl window, it looks like the plastic piece that holds the cord snapped which is why it fell out of place in my window, it keeps pulling up to the top of the window as I open it. The markings I see on the channel balancers that are engraved is 21, 4, OJ, BSI.

All information is in the attached pictures. Need to identify the type of channel hardware I need to make the windows go up and down easily. Also could use some instructions on how to remove the window pane off the tracks to replace the hardware.Thanks

I need to find the replacement for the following. It is stamped 21 12 OJ BSI. This is for a 48x48 window thats weighs prob around 30 pounds im thinking.

When opening window both springs dropped out. Stamp is BSI 21 3. Looks like shoe might be just over 1 inch. These are 20 years old. What model is replacement?

I need to replace three pairs of window balances. On the front of the frame is BSI 2130.

Metal portion is 22" long

I need 4 units marked 2120, 1/2" wide, 5/8" deep, 22" long plus the plastic fittings as shown on both ends.

I need help identifying what counter balance I need for my non tilt bathroom window. The counter balances are missing. Is there a way to determine via measurements of the window and frame? Thanks for your help.
