Markings on window channel is 21 12. I have more photos if needed. Met upload size. I have 2 windows that no longer work. Both the same size. So I have 4 total window channels that are all broke.

I have a Blomberg double hung aluminum window that was installed about 30 years ago. The side spring mechanism has broken, and I would like to replace it. Can you help me get the correct part? I need one with a stronger spring I think. My window doesn't stay up with one I grabbed from another window that has same part number and window measurements.

HOW DO YOU MEASURE THE SHOE DEPT? AS SHOWN ON THE PICTURE IT IS 1 1/8 INCH. ALSO HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE TENSION SPRING NEEDED? THE CHANNEL BALANCE CAME OUT OF A SMALL WINDOW ABOUT 24H X 32W.

Hello. I need to replace two balances. They are marked 2720 but I'm not sure what top clips I need.
