Hi there: I have about old white aluminum windows and this balance completely fell out of my window. I think I can replace it. I actually need 3 if possible. and one smaller that is still in the window. that you for your time!!! D

Hi, I am hoping to repair old non tilt aluminum window. Would you mind helping with parts? The frame does not stay in place. The frame has one missing spring, and one that is left seems broken.

I need 2 channel balances. The part number listed on old one is 2230 However one measures 23 inches in length. The other is 20.5 inches long.

Hello. Need a pair of channel balances for a single hung aluminum window (older models I think). Window is likely over 20 years old. The size of the aluminum balance is 23" (not including plastic tips). Can you help me figure out which ones I need? Thanks

Can you help identify which part we need, please. It 1/2 inch one one side and 5/8 inch on the other. The aluminum length measures 23 inches. Stamped on the part: 22 and C and B.S.I. (I think).We need parts for two window so 4 of these, I believe. Thank you.Carol

I am trying to determine which channel balance this is. It is 23" long and 5/8" wide. It has the number 223088 on the back followed by 081 with a tiny V as a superscript.

Jordan Aluminum Windows, single hung, installed 25 - 30 years ago in a small metal office building. Windows are approximately 48 in X 48 in. The balances appear to be 24 in long x 1/2inch wide; can't locate my notes so it's a guesstimate. The windows in question either won't open or won't open smoot ... (cont.)

The metal part is 23 inches long. 2220 0 stamped in the metal.

I need to replace the window balance springs. i would like 2 sets along with the window parts that appear to be worn out.The length is 33".I tried installing the old part but I could hardly draw it down 1 inch to hook under the snap out catch. needed another 5 6 inches. Hi currently have channel stamped with 2290 29. It is 23 inches long. Can you tell me what your part number is for this? I also need the replace the top plastic window shoes. The channel width is 11/16" and the channel depth is 1/2". What part number should I order for this? Jim
