S390-28 28" Series 390 Channel Balance

We have a 1983 build home wiwmth black jordan windows. Some have worn balances. The stamp is 2830 and is 29in length. However I need new sash caps also. Which series are these. They are 5/8w by 5/8d by 29 long.

As you can see from the attached picture, the stamp is "27 B". Other sites cross-reference that to 2720. Can you provide replacement channel balances for my 38 year old house. If weight matters, the single glass window in an aluminum frame is about 46 wide by 32 tall. I have two windows with fai ... (cont.)

Stamped with B.S.I. 2730followed by an upside down letter U. Length of metal balance is 27.5? Width is 1/2? Depth is 5/8?

I need six PAIRS (12 [pieces) of this part. 1/2 inch thick. The metal part measures 28 inches. If I include the white plastic ends, it measures 29 inches in total. The ONLY markings on them are "2730 P". Can you advise?

Based on all the information you provided and photos you show, you may need to go with our S390-28 channel balance with a 2730 option that holds a sash weight of 13-19 pounds. Window channel is 28" long, 1/2" wide, number stamped on back is 2740- upside down "R" -23. Your model number S395-28 really looks close except for the channel balance top looks a little different than the the one shown. Could you tell me if I?m wrong or not? Thanks

Hi, Here is photos of parts, the channel balances are 28"x1/2" with non wing top guide and 1 1/8 " shoe with 2730 J stamped on it. The 390 looks very close. I need to replace the channel balance for my Jordan windows. They are non-tilt windows. the channel balance is 28 inches long, 1/2 inch wide. There is a stamped number on one end. It is probably not legible in the picture. It is 27 3. There is a space between 27 and 3.

Hello. My channel balance has broken. It has the stamp 27 14L and then in little print 02 asi. It is 28" long. When it was working, it was hard to lift the window. Does the 14L mean 14 lbs? If it was hard to open, should I get a stronger channel balance.

I have multiple Jordan windows installed new in 2006 that need some replacement parts so they can operate better. I have taken pictures as shown in the attached.
