Need 12 (6 windows) to repair. The only number is stamped "27C". The metal itself measures 28", so not sure what it means.

Hello, We submitted a request for another part already, but we also need to replace some of these items. No markings except for "2730F". Including the plastic ends these are 29" long. They are 5/8 inches wide and deep. Thanks!

Based on the photos you submitted, it looks like you have either the S351 or S390 balance.The difference between the S351 and S390 balances lies in the shoe.The series 351 channel balance has the 15-002 shoe while the series 390 channel balance has the 15-001 shoe. These are pictures of the balance and I have the Alenco window. The balance has a 27C stamped on it and the metal part of the balance is 28 inches long. I need a lot of them. Do they come by the case or individual?Robert

Hi, Can you identify the replacement needed for the channel balance on the photos? It measures 28''L and just over 1/2'' W but the model says 27B USB.

This is a channel balance from an Alanco Window. The balance is 28" and the plastic slider is 29 1/2". The channel balance is stamped 27 4 DI CALDWELL, part is rubbed off so not sure if that's correct.

The balance is 28 inches long not including the plastic ends just the metal part. The only identifiers on the balance are the numbers and letters in the pictures I attached which are 27 5 GV CMC 2. Please let me know if I need to send you anymore information. Thank you.

Would you guys have parts for old Alenco window? Installed around 30 plus years. Also do you have a video on how to remove and replace the glass from the bottom part of Alenco window? I have some balances in a non rotating kitchen window that are broken and I can't figure out what a modern match would be. The house was built in 2004 and I can't find a manufacturer on the windows - but the balance is 1/2" wide and says 27C USB.

Hi. This is stamped 27 C (b.s.i.?), i think its on one of the pics. I cant get to any still installed for a pic at the moment..most are broken. Is this enough for identification purposes? Thanks!

Hi, Would you please help me find the correct replacement part for an approximate 1/2" wide by 29" long (from shoe to shoe) channel balance? This is stamped 2730Z. Is the 15-002 shoe that is 1? deep, measured as shown in my last picture?

The only marking on mine is, 27 3 CU CMC 4. It looks like series 351 but I am no expert. I could not find the name of the window manufacturer. House was built in 2002 and windows are original. Do you know what the replacement is?
