Hello, I need to purchase a bulk quantity of 28" channel balances to repair our school windows. May I ask you to help me figure out the proper part #?

Hello. I'm wondering what part and accessories I need to fix the window balance. I think there is a white cap that's not part of the window balance that broke also. I noticed this has 5 numbers and not sure what they mean. Everywhere I look on the website mentions 4 numbers

Do you carry a replacement for this balance? I have 7 Jordan spring balances that have broken cords and I'm sure more are on the way. Our house has 84 Jordan windows of varying sizes. Is there a way of "re-stringing" these or is replacement the only / safest option? THANKS

Part has 27 4 KU CMC 7 marked on it. It is 28 inches long. Windows does not tilt.

Metal portion is 1/2" (9/16") wide and is 28" long. I think this is the 28" series 351 channel balance but the bottom shoe does not look the same as in your on-line catalog. Spring tension stamped on the metal is 27 3 Caldwell GM, which I believe is your 2730 option. Please verify this selection ... (cont.)

Hi, Somehow the cord got crossed and jammed in the balance. Right now it's stuck, and the spring and the cord is under pretty high tension. Is there a way to straighten this out, or should I just get a new balance. Everything else in the balance seems to be in working order. It's a 28 inch bala ... (cont.)

Without including the plastic bits on the end, the metal length is 28" and it is stamped as "27 3 KS CALDWELL". I need help identifying this part so that I can purchase exact replacements. Thanks, Chris

Hi, I have to replace theses balances stamped 27 4 NK BSI. Not 2740, just 27 4. I tested resistance of one balance on a scale it seems like it will hold up 4 pounds. At the point the balance started to release and recoil into the sleeve, the scale read 4 pounds. Can you reccommend an equivalent. The ... (cont.)

Hello, This channel balance is 29" long (actually 29 1/8"). Channel width is 1/2". The number 2830 is on the channel. I will need to replace this and I'm not sure which part I should order. It fell out of the sash since the pulley/spring system no longer works. Thanks William
