I purchased this window from Home Depot about ten years ago and installed myself. This is a single hung loe glass and does not swing out for cleaning. No markings on the glass, 2700 series silver line. Window is 50

My windows need replacement tracks but both have been removed and discarded. So I have no numbers/series to go by. I have measured where the track would be, from plastic edges 29 3/4. Inside edge is 27. Is there a way to find out what size I need? Thank you! Christiane

Hi, I am trying to replace the block and tackle spring balances for a non-tilt window. They are supposed to fit into the sides of the frame, but they are completely broken and fell out. the lower window pane which slides up and down weighs 21.8 lbs I guess the correct sash weight range would be 2740. is this correct??

the stamp on the current balance shows 27-2, should I select the weight range 2720??

all balances measures 1 inch longer then part #'s. Thanks, John

The four attached pictures are of a window spring I need to replace. It is approx. five years old. It is marked with "SWISCO.COM" "2740" and what appears to be "BSI AV". Hi, My channel balance measures 9/16" wide and 28" long. Only marking on the balance says "2740DG". I think it is either a s351 or s390 but I'm not sure. Please let me know if you need any more info. Thank you.

All of our windows are the same brand and style. Aluminum, probably put in around 1990. But some of the channel tops and shoes have what I call "wings" sticking out to the sides and some do not (see pics). How do I know which ones I should get? Are they interchangeable?
